A Body selected (see Selection) can be copied onto the Windows clipboard, or reloaded in the program. With the operation copy, data of selected Bodies will be placed on the clipboard. These data will be interpreted by Gravity alone. With the operation cut, firstly the operation copy is done, and then bodies are deleted. With the operation paste, firstly selected bodies loose their state of selection, and then bodies will be copied from the clipboard in the program and become selected.
If the commands copy and paste are given one after the other, then it seems to be no change on the screen, as bodies are copied onto the same place, when they were originally, but moving the bodies by the mouse, the original ones become visible below them.
In this way, bodies can be also copied between two Gravity applications. In the target application, Zoom and view (see Change view) may differ, so it is recommended to change the place of bodies selected (see Move body selected and Continuous move of body selected) and their zoom (see Zoom body selected and Continuous zoom of body selected).
