3.1.10  Find

You can place a body (see Bodies) or a Mass center of a group (see Groups) in the screen center (see Go Center) or stick to the screen (see Stick) or select (see Selection).

The dialog window Find is available in the menu item Main menu/Tools/Find..., its controls are contained in Table 23 and shown in Figure 23:

3.1.10.1  Object type

The type of an object to be found may be a body (see Bodies) or Groups, you may select by this radio button.

3.1.10.2  Select object

These combo box and list box are to select a body or groups to be found. Only the groups to which the body belongs are in the list.

3.1.10.3  Centering

The object (body or mass center of a group) to be found will appear in the screen center.

3.1.10.4  Sticking

The object (body or mass center of a group) to be found will be stuck to the screen (see Stick).

3.1.10.5  Selecting

The object (body or members of the groups) to be found will be selected, while the other body will loose their selection, if any (see Selection).

3.1.10.6  Holding

The object (body or members of the groups) to be found will be holded, while the other body will loose their holding, if any (see Body holding).
